One Year Warranty
Every appliance repair job we perform is covered by a comprehensive, best-in-industry one yearlabor warranty. If you experience any problems related to the original repair within one year of initial service, we’ll cover and associated labor fees.
We use brand new, factory-sourced appliance parts whenever they are available. All parts are covered by manufacturer warranties.
When you call on a professional to repair your appliance, you want the repair to last as long as possible. In order to achieve this, we only use original manufacturer parts whenever they’re available. If they aren’t, we’ll use the highest quality aftermarket parts we can find.
In rare cases, we may have to make two trips to repair your appliance — for example when a particular component is unable to be tested in isolation. If this is the case, there will be no charge for the second visit.
Warranty details:
- Comprehensive one-year warranty: if you experience a problem with your appliance within related to the original repair within one year of initial service, we’ll cover all labor expenses needed to bring the appliance out of disrepair. Our service fee ($59.95) will be applied when we come out more than 30 days after the original repair.
- Quality parts guarantee: in order to make our repairs last as long as possible, we use only original manufacturer parts whenever possible. If these parts are no longer available, we’ll use the highest quality aftermarket alternatives we can find.
